I leased a vehicle with this dealership for three years before exchanging that vehicle for another Hyundai and an additional three year lease. After the first appointment for the second lease, I received no less than 15 phone calls from four different people about renewing. At the first appointment, we had selected the vehicle (what I thought would’ve been the hard part. Yet, the second appointment to actually renew the lease took five hours. What an ordeal: the music was blaring and relentless and the inside of the dealership uncomfortable and warm. After three hours of waiting, the sales manager Kwame wouldn’t take no for an answer on upselling me an extended warranty. I finally left with the keys two hours later. Leaving I told myself that I’d never do that again. A month later, I’m still receiving phone calls about renewing the lease and the bad taste has not left. When will it stop?

I have submitted many reviews being a long time Hyundai buyer/ leaser. .I am doing it again to compliment and give many accolades to another fantastic salesman, business MGR. who is a such a great asset to the HEALEY work force...His name Is 'Chris Morales'.. What a sweet, sensitive, humorous, considerate, man he was helping a Sr. Citizen decide on what her options were for buying/ leasing a newer car...After much anxiety/ agonizing thoughts of what to decide, he explained everything to me with such respect & detail leading me to decide alone which was the best option for me.. I sincerely thank him for all he did for me & am asking the Mgt. team to somehow reward him in someway by acknowledging his great work ethics and business skills... This business transaction translated into a cohesive relationship between us and his expertise helped me to decide what to do.. Many Kudos to you CHRIS for you helping a LIL ole Sr. Citizen... :-).. Jack Schwartz, the GM, gave me the best price around and set up the paperwork so that my Dad could go in and pick up the car in no time at all. The entire transaction was smooth and couldn’t have been more convenient. I’d definitely recommend Jack for his service and for his competitive pricing.

My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car.
